PURPOSE:To stably feed a recovering solution containing recovered ammonia to a regenerating section by controlling the amt. of the solution fed from a recovering solution tank to the section in accordance with a change in liquid surface of the tank. CONSTITUTION:In an ammonia circulation type non-pollution copying process, liquid surface detector 8 is set in recovering solution tank 3. A pass for feeding a recovering solution from tank 3 to rectifying tower 5 is divided into two, and one pass is fitted with flow rate control means 9 consisting of a magnet valve, etc. to adjust the flow rate of the solution fed to the regenerating section in accordance with the liquid surface level of tank 3. By this means an adequate amt. of the recovering solution is fed to the regenerating section, and the composition of a developing gas can be adjusted according to the temp. of a developing gas exhausted from the top of the section. Thus, a proper developing gas is supplied to a developing section, and the max. developing effect is obtained with the min. amt. of ammonia.
