PURPOSE:Each bananas peeled off is skewered with a chop sticks, frosted, coated with molten chocolate in the frozen state and covered with granules of, e.g., peanut, before the chocolate solidifies to produce banana sticks with new type of texture and taste. CONSTITUTION:Bananas are peeled off and each of them is skewered with a stick 2 and they are frosted for 15-20min. The frosted and skewered bananas are dipped completely in chocolate bath 3 in vessel A and then taken out. The amount of chocolate coated is controlled by the concentration of the chocolate and the dipping time. While the coated chocolate keeps semisolid state, the bananas are covered with grasnules such as of peanut by putting them into the granules in vessel B and then the chocolate is solidified completely. The resulting banana cake melts in mouth like cream because the banana is frozen, thus improving the taste, flavor and texture.
