CAISSON CONSTRUCTING METHOD WHEREIN SINKING WORK AND INTERIOR EXCAVATION WORK ARE CONDUCTED SEPARATELY

PURPOSE:To make a provisional work for construction of an underground continuous wall or the like needless and enhance a working efficiency by a method wherein caisson sinking work and caisson interior excavation work are conducted separately. CONSTITUTION:An annular groove is excavated, and guide walls 3 are fixed to inside and walls of the groove. A caisson tipaeed portion 5 is produced utilizing the groove, and a caisson intermediate portion 6 is engrafted on the tip end portion 5. While excavating a bottom portion of the groove by muddy-water excavation process and sinking the caisson 1, a caisson intermediate portion 7 is engrafted on the portion 6. After the caisson 1 is sunk as a whole, the groove around an outside surface of the caisson 1 is filled with sand 9 or the like. Then, the ground 10 inside the caisson 1 is excavated.
