PURPOSE:To achieve the accuracy of weighing and the simplification of the zero point adjustment of a load cell by connecting a pair of weighing frames to the load cell by way of connecting members. CONSTITUTION:A pair of weighing frames 11, 11' are supported on a body frame 20 rotatably in the A-A' and B-B' directions by way of leaf spring fulcrums 12a- 12d. The centers of the end side on the proximate side of the both weighing frames 11, 11' are connected to a load cell 15 by way of connecting members 13, 13'. As a result of this, when the material 31 to be conveyed being conveyed by a conveyor 22 goes onto the weighing frames 11, 11', its weight is transmitted to the weighing frames 11, 11' by way of idlers 24, 27, etc., then the weighing frames 11, 11' turn in the A-A', B-B' directions and the load cell 15 receives turning force by way of the connecting members 13, 13', 14 and emits weighing signal.
