ENERGY CONSERVATION TYPE AIR COOLING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To conserve more energy by a method wherein the outside air is cooled and dehumidified by exhaust with a temperature slightly lower than indoor air by means of a total heat exchanger, and the outside air is dehumidified according to a dry system, cooled by cooling water by means of a refrigerator and sent into a room. CONSTITUTION:The outside air is cooled and dehumidified by means of a total heat exchanger 1, dehumidified by means of a dry humidifier 3, adjusted by means of a cooling coil C by water cooled by means of a cooling tower 6 at an upper stage in an outside air conditioner 4, and further adjusted by means of a cooling coil C by water cooled by means of a coil 35 of a cold and hot water generator 7 at a lower stage. The outside air is forwarded to an air conditioner 5 with exhaust in a room 2 from a bypass 20, cooled and humidity-regulated by means of a cooling coil C by cooling water cooled by means of the coil 35 of the cold and hot water generator 7 in the air conditioner 5, and blown off into the room 2. Thus, energy is conserved because dehumidification at the conditioner and reheating at an outlet of the conditioner are not needed and the cooling coil functions as a dry coil.
