FOUNDATION DUE TO SUNKEN CONCRETE CASE USED FOR RECLAIMED GROUND

摘要

PURPOSE:To construct an improved ground economically by constructing a building on the bearing foundation on the upper surface of a concrete box type body which is sunken on the intermediate bearing layer, in the ground. CONSTITUTION:A box type body 1 of concrete which is open at both the top and the bottom is constructed on the ground of a field. Then the box type body 1 of concrete is sunken into the ground 2 by excavating its inner part. Furthermore, a flat foundation 5 is built on the upper surface of the wall 3 of the box type body 1 and a building 9 is constructed on this bearing foundation.
