Meter improved oil level in transformers, characterized in that consist of a box within which there will be a pulley with a cable secured at one end to the groove of the pulley, an antagonist strip spiral linking that pulley with the housing body and turning effort exerted on it and pull on the cable, and a pointer fixed to the pulley shaft; through the cable guide tube out of the housing and being attached to the elastic membrane which delimits the upper level of the oil bath of the transformer; all so that the membrane determines that different length thereof by different levels of oil, other proportional degrees of windings of wire in the groove of the pulley, and different angular positions of the pulley which will be visible correspond from the outside by different needle positions.
