ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA frame carries a leveler blade assembly at therear end thereof which is supported by a pair of wheels ex-tending rearwardly from the blade assembly. The wheels arepivoted to the blade assembly and a fluid operator extendsbetween the blade assembly and the wheels to raise and low-er the blade assembly relative to the ground. A growserassembly is pivoted to the frame forwardly of the blade as-sembly and can be raised and lowered by a further fluidoperator, relative to the frame so that the depth of pene-tration of the growser points can be selected. The frameis adapted to be hitched to a source of power such as atractor which also supplies the necessary fluid pressurefor the fluid operators.
