INSERTING MICROFILM INTO MICROFILM JACKET IN SERIES

The device for inserting microfilm strip into parallel pockets in microfilm jackets includes serially arranged microfilm jacket supports (18), at least one of which is laterally movable. In use, cut sectins of microfilm are inserted into one of the microfilm jackets while the jackets are positioned in series on the supports. Microfilm is pushed from a pocket in the one jacket into a selected pocket in the jacket positioned on the adjacent support. The device may include a structure for flexing downwardly the loading toward lip of the microfilm jacket.
