a group of four suspensions of cells containing erythrocytes sensitized monospecifiquement with igg, igm, c3 and c4.the suspensions are control cells to determine the purity and strength of these immunoglobulins and antibody components contained in antisera used in a clinical trial.strict control of ph, temperature and the concentration of a solution of edta blood was added to allow for the production, selection, sensibilisees cells in c3 or c4.the selection of a serum with antibody to igg or igm and inactivation of proteins allows for the production of new cells in the sensibilisees igg or igm.the cells have a resistance of reaction of agglutination of 2 - 4 + some of erythrocytes from humans or animals can be tested, monospecifique awareness.other human proteins, such as iga, or c5, and plasma proteins from other animals may be related to the same kind of red blood cells monospecifiquement.
