摘要
The control of peripherals coupled to a microprocessor is effected in an economical way by splitting the address multi-bit word into a group identifying the peripheral and a group used control word. For an eight bit microprocessor it is seldom the case that more than eight peripherals involved. A three bit group is used for peripheral addressing. The remaining five bits are decoded to control data transfers over tristate devices. Read-write signals combine with the 5 bit control groups.
