The circuit breaker is of three-phase encapsulated type whose switching poles are secured on a support plate at one end of the encapsulation. They abut at the other end the encapsulation inside. The securing position of the support plate has a concave surface while the power switching pole has a convex surface. Each switch pole abuts the concave surface by its convex surface for secure fastening. Preferably the concave and convex surfaces are spherical. The support plate surface opposite to the concave surface has a plate-shaped counter flange via which the convex surface of the power switching pole is secured by a screw and nut.
