Grinding mill for resinous dispersions - in which cooled shaft rotates spurs meshing with spurs from barrel

Continuously operating grinding mill has a feed at one end and a container for ground material at the outlet end, an intemediate high speed mixer, and a force feed for pourable solids and liquid. The machine uses no grinding powder or particles, its shaft is cooled and has projecting radial discs with spurs. The barrel has similar projecting spurs. The mill is force fed from an extruder which has a metering arrangement. It uses powdered fillers from a hopper and e.g. liquid polystyrene resin from a pump at controlled speed. Simple design for continuous application and which produces fine dispersions.
