The signal lamp has a housing for accommodating batteries and an incandescent filament lamp and white or red filter. The housing (2) has also switches for continuous or flashing light, and is designed as a handle for directing the light beam. The housing ends have covers (3m4) for the incandescent filament lamps (5, 6). The switch (13) is held in the middle handle part. The covers are spherical and the lamps concentrate light forwards. The signalling lamp is held in the hand and ensures that light is shone to the front and behind.
