The dielectric round the inner conductor is surrounded by a concentric outer conductor with radiation apertures. The coaxial cable is contained in an outer sheath containg also additional conductors (5) of fibre optics for point-to-point connection. Alternately the optical fibres may be passed through a hollow inner conductor (1). Preferably the optical fibres are contained in a plastics hose, carrying on its surface the inner conductor. The latter is surrounded, as known, with dielectric (2), the outer conductor (3) with radiation apertures on the outer sheath (4). In such instance the inner conductor may be in the form of a welded metal tube. A metallised foil may be also wound on the hose, or the latter may be directly metallised.
