Metering system for pulverised coal fired heating system - has pulverised coal agitator and immersed rotor blowing metered quantities

The metering system is used for pulverised coal storage tanks. Smaller quantities of pulverised coal are supplied at highly uniform flow rate into carrier duct at higher uniform flow rate into carrier duct at higher static pressure. The metering system is used in pulverised coal fired central heating systems. The metering system is connected near pulverised coal storage tank (1) inclined bottom. The pulverised coal in storage tank is agitated by short air blast. The metering blower (16) has vertical shaft with metering rotor immersed into pulverised coal. Entraining air is blown to the rotor and pulverised coal is blown into outlet pipe. The storage tank has top dome with filter (3) and connecting pipe to metering system.
