The sliding elements move axially and operate with time delay movable contacts in the switch case. The sliding elements comprise a spring loaded pusher (31) connecting the movable contacts (15, 16) with thinner (30, 34) and thicker (32) sections, whose length is accurately dimensioned. The thinner sections (30, 34) pass through holes (38, 39) in the contact springs (15, 16) and the thicker section (32) forms shoulders (37) which operate the contacts (15, 16) with the required delay.
