The support plate of hard plastic foam has top holding lugs for the heating pipes. The lugs are aligned in rows, which in one direction limit straight guide rows 3, 4 5) of pipe width. The guide rows are formed by pairs of lugs, with individual lugs being located next to each other at the pipe width spacing (6), and at right angles to the direction of the rows. The lugs are in pairs and the distance of a single lug to those of other pairs, is at least 11/2 the pipe width in any direction. Neighbouring (3, 4) or crossing (3, 5) guide rows are formed by staggered lug pairs. The distance between pairs in neighbouring rows, is the same as that between rows.
