The stand and roller device (1) for bicycles used as home trainers, permits the use of any normal bicycle in the home for training purposes. The device consists of a base frame or base plate fitted with vertical attachment devices (5) to secure a bicycle against tipping over and with two elongated rollers (3, 6) located horizontally, one of which can be adjusted using inserting slots fitted on either side at regular distances in the base frame to give varying distance settings from the other roller. The system permits the adjustment of the rollers to cycles having varying wheel dias. The rear wheel of the cycle is placed into the held by the roller fitment which also provides a change in the wheel loading during the operation of the cycle.
