An interlock circuit prevents exposure in a camera until all preparatory operations have been completed. The circuitry is a time delay unit which disables a logic gate. The circuit is an astable flip-flop triggered when all preparatory operations for exposure have been completed, so that the following AND gate is enabled. This facility is esp. useful for a motor-driven mode.
