The procedure is for continuously watering flowers or plants in pots. The pots which enclose the plants are sheathed or encased with a filter membrane pot or are themselves manufactured in water-filtering and feeding material before being set in an over-pot. The amount of liquid required for plant watering and supply is fed between the top pot and the actual filter membrane pot. Specifically, the filter membrane pot (2) has spacing ribs (6).
