Triazolylphosphoric acid derivs. of formula (I) are new. In (I) R1 is 1-6C alkyl; R2 is 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkylthio, 1-6C alkylamino or di-1-6C alkylamino; R3 is H or Me; and X is O or S. 1-(1-Methyl-2-methoxy)-ethyl-3-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazole derivs. of formula (II) are also new (I) are pesticides, effective against both animal and plant pests. (I) are esp. effective against insects, phytopathogenic mites and ticks, e.g. against Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Homoptera, Heteroptera, Diptera, Acarina, Thysanoptera, Orthoptera, Heteroptera, Siphonaptera, Mallophaga, Thysanura, Isoptera, Psocoptera and Hymenoptera.
