The ski boot comprises an upper shell and ankle sleeve. It has an inner shoe which stands on an intermediate's sole which is vertically adjustable in the upper shell. The height adjustable bearings supporting the intermediate sole while being supported themselves on the inside of the sole of the upper are formed partly by resilient sleeves. They adjoin the top of the shell and the sole bottom of the intermediate sole by their peripheral area which are diametrically opposed in the direction of the vertical axis. The sleeves can be compressed in the direction of their transverse axis and thus adjusted in the direction of their vertical axis by tension bolts which are adjustable from outside the shell.
