Three dimensional ornament for wall - has base plate moulded to required shape with inset objects placed in mould base before casting

The decorative plates are manufactured by forming a mould of the design required on the plate surface. The mould is supported by an exterior framework and the objects required to form part of the plate are placed in the base of the mould before the mould is cast. These objects are made from a chemically inert material with regard to the material used for the plate construction. They are dusted with a powder which will not react with the material and which when heated will fuse the objects in place. This produces a block shaped three-dimensional design for hanging on a wall.
