The panel unit consists of an outer cover (8) which is U-shaped and enclosed the box (3). The outer cover has a flange (9) which hooks over the edges of a hole in the main panel. A rivet (13) holds a keep plate (11) into place. The plate has an elongated hole (12) so that it can slide up and down and lock the cover against the flange (9). The box (3) which has an electrical or other connection in its base also contains a screw (6) fixed at each end, and which allows the arm (4) to ride up and down the slot (4a). The arm (4) catches the base of the keep plate (11) and locks the unit in position.
