Moulding shoe with integral upper - with joint surface between mould sections at level of sole upper surface

Appts. for moulding a shoe e.g. clog with integral upper comprises a mult-section mould with a core conforming to the shape of the foot, and mould support with relatively displaceable plates. The impression of the sole is formed in a first mould section located at the lower end of the mould and connected to a first plate of the mould support. The impression of the upper is formed between the core and at least one second mould section connected to a second plate of the mould support. The joint surface between the two mould sections is located at the level of the upper surface of the sole. The appts. is pref. suitable for moulding shoes of foam plastic, and can be used with open mould as for a sole without upper.
