The astrological chart is designed to interpret the astral conditions of a given day for a determined individual. A representation of the astral birth sign of the individual and a similar representation of the damp astral configuration are superposed. One of the two representations is transparent to permit reading. The astral influences and their aspects are balanced on the second representation and are evaluated in at least a house of the astral sign, by summing algebraically the favourable and unfavourable influences which appear.
