The head is used for supplying waer to distributor pipes and compriss an inner fixed body (1). This is provided with a screw-on cover (2, 3) used for positioning and holding the ends of the distributor pipes. A collar on the cover has two sets of holes, arranged on two pitch circle diameters. The inner circle receives the pipe ends (4) their depth forming a suitable seal. The body of each pipe is passed through a hole in the outer circle (5) to lock it in place and prevent the end being pulled off.
