Sports balls, e.g. for football, rugby, volley-ball, hand-ball or basket-ball, comprise an outer layer to which is joined an inner elastomeric bladder frame formed in a single piece. The elastomer, which is initially powdery or liq., contains a prod. of polycondensn. of =1 dicarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid ester with mol.wt. =300, with a polyalkylene-oxy-glycol with mol.wt. 400-6000 and =1 diol with mol.wt. =250. The elastomer also contains =1 thickener and/or =1 plasticiser. Sports balls can be obtd. which are less hard than those obtd. previously using this type of polyester elastomer, and in which the bladder frame has a more uniform thickness.
