Transfer mechanism acting between roller conveyors - uses powered advance until drive can be effected by friction roller

The transfer procedure is for material from a tracked, driven roller conveyer to a drive roller conveyer. The tracked roller conveyer is advanced until there is frictional coupling with the drivable roller conveyer. An additional drive between the drive roller conveyer and track chassis advances the driven roller conveyer until the friction wheel is in contact with a friction belt of the drivable roller conveyer.
