The record disc cover comprises two halves of an antistatic material both of which cover a disc face. The cover has a central hole which corresponds with the axis of the turntable and a tab on the edge of the cover which may be round or square enables the cover to be removed. The half under the disc on the turntable remains in position when the upper cover is removed. The halves of the cover are joined by male and female ribs moulded into the cover edge which join when pressed together.
