The control system comprises a microcomputer which contains a microprocessor with a read only memory and a random access memory. A detector enables the computer to sense vehicle movement and a quartz oscillator provides timing signals. The microprocessor controls system operations to execute the mathematical and logic operations from instructions in the memories when initiated by instructions from the keyboard. A four figure display of seven segment elements flashes at ten minutes before an infraction of the law is going to take place.
