Toy to simulate driving vehicle - has cross bar with wheels guided by steering wheel on vertical bar

The toy allows a child to pretend that he is driving a vehicle. It has a cross bar (1) with small wheels (7, 8) at each extremity (5, 6) which are carried on axles (3, 4) fitted in bearings (9, 10) fixed under the bar. A steering wheel n15) is fixed to one extremity of a rod (14) which can rotate with regard to the cross bar. Above the centre of the cross bar a support (11) is fixed for a pin (12) at right angles to the axis of the cross bar. The pin is fitted into the other extremity of the rod and is perpendicular to its axis.
