A multiple loudspeaker cabinet avoids the formation of standing waves and diffraction caused by resonating points without the necessity of internal partitions by avoiding the paralleling of surfaces in its construction. The contour of the base is continued to form the cabinet walls which meet at a common point forming a summit. For example, the cabinet (E) has a circular or polygonal periphery to its base thus forming a pyramid or cone contg. loudspeakers (1,2,3) arranged to be equidistant from the listener. The structure provides rigidity and also compensates for delay times produced in multiple-way systems.
