DETERMINATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ANTIACETYLCHOLINE RECEPTOR ANTIBODY

PURPOSE:To decide the antibody value of the antibody under the dispersion state, by allowing the antigen to be fixed and carried on the inside face of the vessel and by storing blood serums or blood plasma and by adding the detecting reagent allowing the detecting matter, which shows the bonding reaction on the antiAch-R antibody, to be carried on the carrier of fine particles. CONSTITUTION:Fixing antigen 3 such as Ach-R and antihumanimmuno-globulin antibody which fixes antiAch-R is fixed to all the inside face of microplate 1 except upper edges of holes 2. When serums or plasma is injected, antiAch-R antibody 4 is bonded in the end part of antigen 3 if the antiAch-R antibody is included much. Detecting reagent 5 is injected to holes 2 for the purpose of deciding the bonding state to antigen 3 easily. In this reagent 5, matter 5b which has the bonding property to the antiAch-R antibody such as antihumanimmuno-globulin and antiAch- R antibody is carried on colored fine particles 5a; and if antiAch-R antibody 4 exists much, the inside of hole 2 is shown as a colored large spread as the whole.
