The moulding masses comprise 1. from 5 to 95 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate; 2. from 95 to 5 parts by weight of an ABS polymer; 3. from 3 to 15 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the mixture of aromatic polycarbonate and ABS polymer, of a flame-resistant organohalogen compound which has optionally been condensed into the aromatic polycarbonate, and 4. from 0.5 to 5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the mixture of aromatic polycarbonate and ABS polymer, of bismuth trioxide or bismuth carbonate.
