PURPOSE:To enable to build a rigid plate on the floors above the ground employing a steel pipe pillar prior to the formation of the foundamental topographic features so that a hinge foundation is formed on the steel pillar base projecting from the surface of the plate to receive the hinge terminal of the pillar base for the floors above the ground. CONSTITUTION:The working subsurface 1 is formed within the site of the sheathing steel sheet pile S. The steel pile P is erected through the eccentricity preventor g having the pillar core fixed thereon and then, pressed down discharging sand and soil in the pipe. Subsequently, the steel pipe pillar C is joined thereon. The steel pipe pile is driven down to the gravel layer 6 and then, the steel pipe pillar C thus driven is cut so flush at the beam forming portion of the first floor that the beam receiving connection B is mounted thereon. After the hinge carrier 5 is mounted to receive the hinge terminal 4, concrete is cast to form a steel pipe-concrete compound pillar. Thereafter, the floor is formed supported by the sheathing steel pile S and the steel pipe pillar piles P,C. The construction is performed for the basement and floors above the ground with said floor as the working base.
