PURPOSE:To create a steam explosion energy for an engine wherein a piston in a cylinder is reciprocated up or down, by providing an insulator at the top of the cylinder and radiating a high radio wave output from an intense radio wave output oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 3 is provided at the top of a cylinder 2. A flywheel 7 and a balancer 8 are turned by up or down motion of a piston 4. An intense radio wave output oscillation circuit 14 and an extra-high wave voltage plug plate 16 momentarily radiate an intense high wave output inside the cylinder 2, thereby producing a great steam explosion energy. Water or a small quantity of water contained in fuel can be used as engine fuel.
