PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of double role, by providing the supply section of the standard solution of ammonium and creatine and urea nitrogen, dialysis device, and liquid delivery pump, by supplying the buffer solution being the carrier liquid with the suction system. CONSTITUTION:The buffer liquid 1 is fed to the sample introduction device 3 with the liquid delivery pump 2. The cocks 4, 24, 34 and 44 select the quantitative analysis of both the creatine and urea nitrogen and either one of them, and the liquid passes through the ammonium detector 5, engyme reactor 6, 2nd detector 25, engyme reactor 26, and 3rd detector 35. The output of the detector 5 is amplified at the amplifier 7 and the time of transmission is shifted by storing the output at the hold circuit 8 for a given time, the difference from the detector 25 is detected at the differential amplifier 9 and the value converted as creatine concentration is displayed on the display unit 12.
