At this time, the volume of the gas discharged from the fan 12 is set to a heating gas volume due to the fact that the fan driving contact point is turned on at 24 for a heating operation. On the other hand, in case of feeding hot water, the burner 5 works similarly and the combustion gas is discharged through a hot water discharge pipe 13 and a fan 12.
