MEASURING METHOD FOR MAN PANCREAS SECRETORY INHIBITER IN HUMOR

PURPOSE:To ensure a high-accuracy measurement for the secretory trypsin inhibiter of the man pancreas in the humors by using the antibody of the above inhibiter and through the radio immuno assay, the enzyme immuno assay and other methods, thus applying this measurement for a diagnosis indication for the pancreas disease. CONSTITUTION:The man pancreas secretory trypsin inhibiter (PTIN) separated from the man pancreatic juice is injected to a rabbit as the antigen to grow the PTIN antibody. This antibody is extracted and purified to obtain the purified PTIN antibody. This antibody is then combined with the radioactive material such as the sodium iodide or the like or the enzyme such as the horseradish peroxidase or the like. Then this combined antibody is used along with the radio immuno assay or the enzyme immuno assay method to measure the PTIN in the humors such as the human blood or the like to obtain an indication for the diagnosis of the pancreas disease.
