摘要

PURPOSE:To increase the foaming degree and to promote the heat transfer, by laminating many metal flakes on the wall face of heat transmission plate. CONSTITUTION:Heating medium is flowed on the smooth face of the heat transmission plate base body 1 and heat from the heating medium is transmitted to the metal flake 2 through the body 1 by flowing boilding liquid to the side of metal flake layer 3 and then, heat is transferred to many flakes 2. Then, the heat is absorbed from the surface of the flake 2 by boling liquid and air bubbles are generated and grown in the chainlike space 4. Film of the boiling liquid is formed on the air bubbles and metal surface in the space 4 by the growth of said bubbles and moreover, the heat transfer is promoted. Accordingly, the whole space 4 is filled up by grown vapor at last and said vapor is disconnected from the opened face 5 of the surface of the layer 3 as the block of air bubbles. The vapor is supplied repeating said operation.
