PRODUCTION OF CIRCLEETOOSTRAIGHT LINE CONVERTER IN CIRCLEETOOSTRAIGHT LINE CONVERSION LIGHT SCANNER

PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a circle-to-straight line converter by cutting the optical fibers wound to a winding frame at the inside surface corner part of a cylindrical part frame then removing the straight line part from the cylindrical part frame and pulling this from the other end opening part of the frame. CONSTITUTION:Optical fibers 36 are wound to a single layer or plural layers on a winding frame 35 including a cylindrical frame 30 and a cylindrical part frame 32, after which they are adhered at the outside end part of the cylindrical part frame 32 and the optical fibers 36 are cut at the inside corner part B of the cylindrical part frame 32. Next, the straight line part where the one cut end part of the optical fibers is adhered is removed from the cylindrical part frame 32, and this is pulled out from the other end opening part of the frame 30 and is divided to a plurality. A plurality of these divided straight line parts are superposed and the treatment for maintaining these straight is applied. On the other hand, the cylindrical part frame 32 to which the other cut end part of the optical fibers 36 is adhered is removed from the frame 30, and is subjected to treatment as light input end face of the cylindrical part.
