The automatic floor transport system uses no rails and has a passive conducting track determining the trajectory. They are mounted on separate transport wagons with sensors scanning the conducting track to provide the control parameters. There are code markings along the tracks, which are picked up by the sensors to produce the control signals. The outer scanning elements (363) are fitted with a progressively increasing distance between them. They initiate a deviation, which is greater than a deviation determined by the inner scanning elements (362). The central scanning element (361) sets the deviation produced by the controls.
