The invention relates to a device (1) for removing a bone cement tube during a reimplantation of an artificial femoral neck head from the cavity in the femur with an extractor which can be fixed to the bone cement tube. Such a device (1) is intended to completely avoid radial forces on the bone when the bone cement tube is being expelled, and at the same time to ensure that the bone cement tube is completely removed. This is done in that the extractor is designed as a hollow tube (2), in which an actuating element (11) for an expanding element (17) which is arranged below the hollow tube (2) and is arranged concentrically to the latter is guided. The expansion element (17) has the shape of a hollow truncated cone, into which slots for producing expansion vanes are cut from its larger end face facing the hollow tube. The small end of the expansion element (17) is provided with an internal thread for engagement with a threaded area (16) of the actuating element (11).
