Process for the production of milk with an anticaries action and use thereof for the production of a composition with an anticaries action

To produce milk with an anticaries action, cows are immunised with Streptococcus mutans for the formation of corresponding antibodies. Caries formation is inhibited on intake of the milk. The milk can also be used to produce a composition with an anticaries action.
