The ventilated building structure incorporates a regulation system for the inner thermic conditions, and is partic. suited for warm climates. Towards a material layer space (this layer has a strong influence on the inside heat level), the ceiling and/or walls are provided with ventilation ducts (6, 8) for inside or outside air. These ducts are connected with a customary funnel or chimney which acts as main air conduit. The walls and/or ceilings are made of prefabricated units with half-formed air ducts, the latter being completed with poured-in concrete on site.
