Jaw bone milling head for fitting implants - has two parallel cutters working against opposite sides and driven from common shaft

The milling head is for use on jawbones, and particularly for use when fitting saddle-type implants. The head includes a spindle cutter driven from a shaft. There is a second spindle (18) with a milling cutter (19) in the head (1) parallel to the first (28) and also driven from the shaft (4). The cutters (19, 29) are so spaced apart as to work simultaneously against opposite sides of the jawbone.
