The monolithically integrated oscillator circuit has an operational amplifier, with a negative feedback branch for frequency determination between its input and output. The second amplifier input is coupled to an amplitude controlled coupling circuit, consisting of a rectifier stage with a filter and a comparator amplifier for direct and reference voltage, the rectifier stage being connected to the output of the operational amplifier. To the output (29) of the comparator amplifier (2) is connected an input (31) of a voltage-current converter (3). The output of the operational amplifier (1) is connected to the control input (41) of a voltage controlled current rectifier stage (4) whose input (42) is connected to the output (39) of the voltage-current converter, while its output (49) is coupled to the other input (12) of the operational amplifier. A low-ohmic resistor (R13) connects the operational amplifier other input to a direct voltage, corresponding to a half of the operational voltage.
