Wire netting winding appliance - incorporates tension wires during mfr., to push wire spirals into each other for close packing

The appliance forms a compact roller from wire netting, the spirals of which are pushed into each other before winding. Tension wires are incorporated during the screwing-in of the wire spirals during the netting manufacture. The spirals are pushed into each other on the wires, and are then continuously rolled up. The tension wires are fastened to the first spiral and then pulled from the wire housing, with the tension being maintained by a brake. The appliance has a lattice tube with an upper longitudinal slot, from which the connected spirals, merge, and there is a tension roller, over which the netting is transported to the winder. The lattice tube has guide tubes, to accommodate the tension wires. An insertion-and- stacking track for the netting is located in front of the winding unit.
